( Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points ) : We are pleased to inform
you that the Hansen Caviar Company has performed a hazard analysis of
its operations and that we are in full compliance with the new FDA regulations
that became effective on December 18, 1997. Senior management and the
Company's quality control manager are trained in HACCP concepts and
have been certified as such. In addition, every seafood supplier to
our Company has been contacted and are operating under HACCP or an equivalent
U.S. FDA approved program. This Quality Assurance Program plus our Company's
expertise and commitment to market only the highest quality products,
is our guarantee to service you with the finest quality available. |

History of
Hansen Caviar
The
Hansen Family established the Caviar business in Europe in 1869.
The Hansen Caviar Company remains the oldest caviar
house in existence , with six generations of experience
in the specialty food trade. This enables us to provide the trade with
the highest quality selection of specialty food products.
We are an international and domestic purveyor of all types of Caviar,
Custom Smoked Fish, Foie Gras and other select specialty food products.
We service the retail, food service, gift, direct mail order, and in
bond cruise and airline trade. We are direct importers from the source
of supply. Our professionalism has been recognized by the most
demanding customers. We pride ourselves in providing the
highest quality products, very reliable service and at fair prices.

The
breakup of the former Soviet Union has indirectly caused the rapid decline
of the sturgeon and its sought after Caviar. Due to loss of habitat,
industrial waste and over fishing for black market illegal production,
the sturgeon world wide has become an endangered species. Effective
April 1, 1998, all sturgeon and paddle fish species are covered under
CITES (Convention on International Trade on Endangered Species). The
world wide trade of sturgeon products, Caviar and meat, is now highly
regulated to stop the black market and over fishing. Hansen Caviar highly
supports and is in full compliance with the new CITES regulations. |

Overnight : $25 - Saturday Delivery: will be an extra $15.

Delivery Guarantee: All gift recipients will receive a post card one
week in advance of the arrival date. We cannot assume responsibility
if an incorrect address is given or if no one is available to accept
delivery. (No shipments to a Post Office address).
